From reception, through to nurses, doctors and anaesthetist everyone I encountered were pleasant, helpful, professional and caring, they made me feel at ease and safe.
My particular nurse Ram who looked after me in the endoscopy unit - was brilliant, explaining everything thoroughly and was very caring and patient. My colonoscopy Doctor Dr. Joshi was very friendly and professional and caring and put me at ease, he explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions.
My anaesthetist Dr. Sam Bampol was also caring and friendly , listened carefully to my concerns and answered all of my questions, explaining the process thoroughly and alleviating any anxieties.
I felt very well looked after by the whole team and and was impressed with their professionalism, care and attention to detail, it made such a difference and made the whole process much less stressful.

The procedures worked smoothly. The staff were always to hand and very caring. Two nurses who dealt with me, Shane Taylor and Emerald were absolutely excellent.
When taken to theatre all the staff introduced themselves which was a nice touch.
I found the whole experience very satisfactory indeed.
